Classes

Different courses, full day programs, private sessions are organized at our yoga and meditation room.

Each yoga and meditation session consists of warm ups, stretching, yoga exercises (asanas), yoga dance (Kaoshiki), self massage, relaxation, mediation and inspirational talk covering different subjects on yoga lifestyle and practices. Asanas are introduced in very clear and simple way, a way that enables you to embrace yoga practice as part of your daily life and on your own back home.

The Kaoshiki yoga dance is a great exercise for the body and mind. It helps to overcome depression, fear and sadness, creating happy hormones and elevating the mind above worries. It exercise all the limbs and the glands in the body and it makes the body stronger and more flexible. Read more
