Classes

Different courses, full day programs, private sessions are organized at our yoga and meditation room.

Each yoga and meditation session consists of warm ups, stretching, yoga exercises (asanas), yoga dance (Kaoshiki), self massage, relaxation, mediation and inspirational talk covering different subjects on yoga lifestyle and practices. Asanas are introduced in very clear and simple way, a way that enables you to embrace yoga practice as part of your daily life and on your own back home.

Special courses can be tailored for a group of six persons.
The course can consist of 4 consequent sessions over 4 weeks ( one session a week, each session is about 1.5 hr).
Course fees: Four sessions: 800 kr/person

Private sessions: One session can introduce a beginner into starting a routine with yoga asanas and meditation, or it can also support a practitioner with enhancing his/her own practice.  Private session fees: 650 kr if one person or 850 kr if two persons or 950 kr if three.

Yoga for children: Group course can be designed for 6 children where simple and special yoga asanas are selected and taught.
The course can consist of 4 consequent sessions over 4 weeks ( one session a week, each session is about 1 hr).
Course fees: Four sessions: 650 kr/child.
Private sessions can also be offered for a child together with the parent.  Private session fees: 500 kr
